Our Story

Order Fire was founded by Dan Salls and Connor Dillon to bridge the gap between creative hospitality vision and technical execution.

Dan’s journey began nearly 15 years ago when he launched Chicago’s first cook-on-board food truck. Named a Zagat 30 Under 30 honoree, he went on to develop a Michelin Bib Gourmand-winning restaurant and an acclaimed mezcal bar.

Connor’s cross-disciplinary background spans technology, engineering, and the culinary arts, with experience extending across the Midwest.

These experiences allowed the two to collaborate with top industry leaders and build an unparalleled professional network. Launching Order Fire, they provide operators with the comprehensive, end-to-end support they both wished to have when beginning their careers.
